Q Link Wireless is a United States-based wireless telecommunications provider founded by Issa Asad in Dania, Florida, in 2011. More specifically, it provides the federal Lifeline Program to eligible American consumers. Q Link Wireless provides a free cell phone with a certain amount of allotted airtime each month for low-income-eligible individuals who do not already have a Lifeline account. Furthermore, Lifeline service is limited to one benefit per household. The 250 Monthly Minute Plan does not have a carry-over feature, while the 125 and 68 Monthly Minute Plan does carry over the minutes to the next month.
